Our Process

No matter what phase of the construction or remodeling process you are currently in, HomeSource Builders is here to help you! Many of our clients come to us with a dream and they just don’t know where to start. Or, they started the construction process and soon realized they were in over their heads. That’s where we come in.

The following steps explain our preconstruction process of building a home. While the length of the preconstruction process varies from weeks to months depending on the client and their needs, our process is the same for each client. Some steps may be skipped if the plans have already been developed or there is no need for a construction loan.
