Our Commitment to You

Our goal is not only to build you an outstanding home or remodeling project, but to give you a sustained, outstanding experience as we build it—and beyond.

We’re big enough to have a safety net to weather the unexpected, yet not so big that you don’t have our full, personal attention. The one-man “pick-up truck” builder often doesn’t have the bandwidth to gracefully address every bump in the road, while the volume builder has too many balls in the air at once to give you truly personal service at every turn.

Our process, our team, and our communication, together, help make sure you get that outstanding experience. You deserve to be kept up to date about the status and forecast of your project every step of the way—from both the construction and the financial aspects, and nothing less. We’ll keep you posted, but always feel free to ask questions of your project manager or construction coordinator. Of course, you’ll always have access to HomeSource owner, Tim Alexander.

It all starts with listening to you. The more we understand your dream initially, the better we can deliver through our design and building process. Of course, if you have a change of thought along the way, we understand, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Our baseline is to build all new homes as Energy Star certified, and we build all levels of “green,” including net-zero, where solar panels generate all your electricity.

Our quoting process is transparent. You’ll see a line listing of every detail of your project, showing costs or budgets, along with fixed profit, upfront, before you ever agree to move forward. During construction, you’ll approve every bid and quote from the various suppliers in advance. That way, you can adjust, if your selections put you over or under budget, as you go. No surprises after the fact.
