Tim is the Owner and Founder of HomeSource Builders and HomeSource Design Center. He has over thirty years of experience in the Asheville real estate, development, and construction markets. Over the last three decades, his work has given him a hands-on appreciation and mastery of mountain-building techniques and challenges. Tim's commitment to workmanship, honesty and determination flows through his work and the company. His deep understanding and experience have been an asset as he participates as a member of the Builder 20 Club, a national organization that helps spread knowledge and business expertise throughout the country. Tim is proud to have been an active member for the last fourteen years. Tim is fun, personable, and upstanding; his goal is to see the folks of Asheville happy and settled in the homes HomeSource builds.

Amy has over thirty years of construction industry knowledge, giving her a deep understanding of how fast-paced and intricate construction can be. She has exemplary organizational skills, is very talented in multi-tasking, and regularly collaborates with Suzi and Cil to make them a powerful three-person team. Her dedication to detail in financial matters is unique and indispensable. She showcases her talents as the Office Manager/accounts Payable of HomeSource Builders and HomeSource Design Center.

Suzi has over forty-five years of extensive financial experience, twenty-five of which are in construction-specific industries. She is kind, intuitive, and devoted to her work, ensuring the financial integrity of HomeSource Builders and HomeSource Design Center. While her teamwork with Amy and Cil is behind the scenes of our day-to-day operations, her work is critical to our company. Suzi holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Programming from Asheville Buncombe Technical College.

Eli is a Construction Assistant at Homesource Builders, where he does punch list and warranty work, as well as working on jobs as they are completed. He has experience with framing, tiling, and has fully remodeled homes from start to finish. Eli studied Earth and Environmental Sciences and has an interest in building efficient and landscape friendly homes. He is a native to Asheville and enjoys snowboarding and hiking in his free time.

Cil is an essential component of our financial division. Her thirty-five years of experience show through her efficiency, organization, and hard work. She is orderly and sweet and leaves a special mark on our office with her kind words and dedicated care.

Daniel was born and raised in Asheville, NC, and attended Montana State University in Bozeman, graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies. He moved back to Asheville in 2021 and has been working at HomeSource since March 2022. As Construction Coordinator Assistant, Daniel handles all of the project permitting for the company and strives to continue learning the world of construction.

Danielle is the Administrative Assistant at HomeSource Design Center and HomeSource Builders. She assists in the day-to-day operations, taking on responsibilities such as assisting with employee onboarding, internal IT, marketing & database support, event planning, and assisting the company owner and founder. Danielle is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and can help potential new clients find the right resources for their remodeling or new construction needs.

Heidi is originally from the West Coast but has lived in WNC since 2013. She started her career as an Interior Architect 20 years ago and recently switched to construction management in 2019. Heidi is thrilled to be working on the renovations of her 90-year-old home. She enjoys walking, reading books, and watching movies in her free time.

Henry is one of our most experienced Project Managers and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and is retired from law enforcement. He has been with HomeSource Builders as a Project Manager for 14 years and specializes in new construction. He is a straight shooter with a "can-do!" attitude and knowledge of three decades.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Joe has been around construction his whole life. Previously, he worked on demo crews as a mason, framer, and carpenter. Joe began working as a Project Manager for HomeSource in 2021 and has proved his depth of knowledge and ability to adapt to the construction world.

Tony was born in Southern California and began his construction career in 1985 as a framer. He became a General Contractor of custom homes before moving to Asheville in 2004. He started with HomeSource in 2019 as a Project Manager and has done excellent work for our clients. With 35+ years of construction experience, Tony is always knowledgeable and always ready to help!
