Step 1: Let’s Meet!
During the initial meeting and early planning stage, you talk and we listen. We talk through your preferences and lifestyle needs, wants and wishes. We’ll visit the home site with you to view the natural landscape for building. We can discuss a suitable budget and the design team you choose will begin to visually develop your home.
STEP 2: DESIGN TIME
During this step, the architect and design team will create customized schematics, floor plans and elevations based on your ideas. You’ll also make choices on interior finishes- this is the fun part, and our design team is happy to help! We want to make sure you're comfortable with all of the details as the final construction drawings and a building timeline are created.
STEP 3: FINAL REVIEW
During your final review, details are finalized and we’ll present you with a quality proposal and price quotation. We will answer any and all questions you have and make changes where necessary. Remember this is your home so there’s no such thing as too many questions! We'll make sure we have your full approval before we move forward; we can even submit documents to your lender if you'd like.
STEP 4: LET’S BUILD
The building process begins! We'll clear the lot, lay your foundation, and you'll see your home become a reality. You're informed constantly on progress with photos and on-site meetings. We want your feedback every step of the way! Soon your home will be complete—on time and on budget. Welcome to your new home- time to unpack and settle in!
