Weaverville Refresh

Sometimes a remodel doesn’t mean a total overhaul; you may just need to update your existing space. Especially when you’re ready to make your home a bit more accessible, which these homeowners did by adding in an elevator.

UPDATING THE EXISTING SPACE

HomeSource Designer Bonnie Hester planned the remodel for this kitchen. She says, “With a fresh coat of paint on the cabinetry, new marble-look quartz countertops, limestone herringbone backsplash, and a pop of beautiful blue, this kitchen was completely transformed into a crisp, clean yet inviting room.”

As the general contractor for this project, we worked with HomeSource Design Center, Harrington Electric, French Broad Plumbing, LLC, and additional contractors, who are named below.

Increasing accessibility

The homeowners asked if we could install an elevator to make this multi-level home accessible to all residents. We were happy to rise to the occasion and ensure everyone had a chance to enjoy all this beautiful home had to offer. Our team custom-built an elevator that fits perfectly between the fireplace and the wall, making sure it blends with the rest of the home.

It’s impossible to include everyone who is involved in crafting, or remodeling a home, but these businesses deserve a special mention:
